By booking a reading or mentorship session with me (hereinafter "the Provider"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Services, Mentorship & Responsibility

Services provided include hands-on mentorship, business coaching, and access to our private community platform. These services are intended for entertainment and educational purposes, providing spiritual and strategic insights.

No Professional Advice: These services are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

Client Accountability: The price paid covers the mentorship, coaching, and community access provided. You acknowledge that any and all outcomes, results, or expectations are entirely your responsibility. The Provider does not guarantee specific results; success depends solely on your active engagement, effort, and application of the mentorship provided.

Typicality: You acknowledge that results are not typical and require your real-time, consistent effort to yield change.

Nature of Services

The services provided, including Numerology readings, Human Design analysis, and mentorship sessions, are for entertainment and speculative purposes only. These services are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. The Provider is not a licensed counselor, medical professional, attorney, or financial advisor.

You are solely responsible for all decisions you make following a session.

Results are not typical and require your active, real-time effort and personal application to achieve any change in your business or life. The Provider is not responsible for your personal results.

Any Spiritual services provided are of a personal opinion, observation, and collection of esoteric teachings and practices, such as visualization and meditation, exclusively through video conferencing.

2. Payment Terms & Financing

Financing: Payment plans are available via Stripe processing on a relationship-agreement basis. These plans are provided at a fixed financing flat rate based on a 12-month payment schedule.

Terms: These plans carry no interest rates and no late penalties.

Credit: Financing options through this agreement do not impact your credit score.

Flexibility: In cases where a formal payment plan is unavailable, the Provider may accept a deposit. In such cases, the client enters into a good-faith promise of repayment, contingent on consistent communication.

3. Referral Program

The Provider values your advocacy. A referral credit of up to 25% of the total mentorship invoice amount (or 25% of the first payment for clients on a payment plan) will be issued to you when your referral successfully completes their intake and payment.

In order to qualify for the referral program, You must introduce the client to me before they book their sessions together with me.

4. User Responsibility & Risk

You acknowledge that you are seeking these services of your own free will and at your own risk. The Provider assumes no liability for any actions, decisions, or consequences resulting from the information, insights, or guidance shared during a session. You agree to hold the Provider harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of these services.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable. By completing your payment through Stripe/LeadConnect, you acknowledge that you are purchasing time and expertise and agree to these terms. If you must reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is a priority. Your personal information, birth details, and session recordings are kept confidential and are used solely for the purpose of providing your requested service.

Data Removal: Upon your request, the Provider will delete all shared files, recordings, and data associated with your session from all servers and storage locations.

Storage: Recordings and files are stored securely on private servers (Vimeo/OneDrive). Please notify the Provider if you have specific security or privacy concerns regarding your session.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider does not guarantee specific results, business outcomes, or personal breakthroughs. The Provider is not legally liable for any advice, interpretation, or insight provided. Deep topics discussed are explored at your own responsibility.

8. Professionalism

While our sessions are personal and spiritual in nature, this is a professional engagement. The Provider reserves the right to terminate a session or relationship if conduct becomes inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive.
